Placing Items on Reserve

ABOUT LIBRARY COURSE RESERVES
The Library's Course Reserve service allows instructors to set aside books, media, articles, and other readings for students enrolled in their classes. Material is placed in the Reserve Collection at the beginning of each semester and is taken off Reserve at the end of each semester.

Electronic Reserves, in particular, can be a convenient way to provide online access to recommended reading. Electronic Reserves are currently in the process of moving to the new eReserves space in Blackboard. For Fall 2014 courses, eReserves will be available through Blackboard.

If you have material in the former eReserves space, you will be contacted about your interest in RMU Library moving this material to Blackboard eReserves for your courses.

LOAN PERIODS FOR RESERVE MATERIALS
Print Reserves may be borrowed for one to two hours (variable depending on the choice of the instructor).
