Study Space

There are a number of different study spaces and several different types of study areas.

The area that extends from the open staircase in Nicholson up the staircase to the second floor of the Library includes lounge chairs, PC work stations, wired tables for laptops, and it is open 24 hours a day.

There is a collaborative study room with tables and desks, which then sits adjacent to the glassed-in designated quiet study room, both with exterior window views.

Inside the Library Research Room, there are study carrels, PC work stations, study tables, and the IDC classroom that is available for student use when the room is not scheduled for other instructional activities.

Study Rooms Available
Study rooms are also available for 3-hours at a time for students, staff, and faculty. Staff at the Library Help Desk assist with checking out room keys and any potential waiting list for rooms. Hours of these study zones mirror the library service area hours of operation.
